Attitude Of Gratitude

It never hurts to be reminded of simple practices that can make a world of difference with our moods and daily lives. In this series, we'll reflect on one practice that for some of us, really needs to be a mindset shift and that’s the attitude of gratitude. Gratitude has been known to help reduce or improve anxiety, stress, negativity and surprisingly, even our physical health and overall sense of well-being. It’s the opposite of complaining. And it’s what can bring joy into our day. Join us for this series, Attitude of Gratitude, as we learn what God has to say about it and practical ways to bring more of it into our daily lives.
