Student Ministry Volunteer Opportunities
If you are interested in
any of these positions, please fill out a
Fusion Leader
Application and return it to the church office. The
Director of Student Ministry will follow up with a call and
interview. Thanks for considering Student Ministry in your
search to volunteer at Atlee Community Church.
Middle School
D-Team
Leader
D-Teams are small groups
that meet weekly for prayer, food, focused Bible Study, and
fun. The leader would facilitate the meetings and help
students learn more about God, themselves, and each other.
Relevant curriculum and training is available to help D-Team
leaders effectively minister to their groups.
D-Team
Host
The host would provide a
place for our D-Teams to meet. They would also facilitate
any food or refreshments that would be made available to the
groups that evening.
Survivor
Tribal Leader
Fusion Survivor is 8 weeks
of extreme competition meeting every Wednesday from 7-8
p.m. The entire Middle School group is split into teams
that earn points through competitions, bringing visitors,
attending, exhibiting tribal spirit, and a myriad of other
fun events. The tribe with the most points at the end of
the eight weeks earns a free adventure like Laser Tag,
Funland Arcade, or an All Niter. Tribal leaders will build
relationships with their tribe members, supervise the tribe
during the evening’s events, and encourage them in fair
competition.
Survivor
Staff
There are many
opportunities to help out with the Survivor Program. We
need a sports director, technical team, registration
director, registration helpers, referees, café coordinator,
videographer, Redemption Coordinator (fun, messy type
stuff), scorekeeper, data entry…as I said, many
opportunities. If you want to learn more about this
program, speak with
Mike
Abbamonte or email at
