Spiritual Formation is a process.  Jesus Christ modeled Spiritual Formation with his disciples when he called them “that they might be with him and that he might send them out…” (Mark 3:14)  He poured his life into them while he walked upon the earth so that they would be ready to lead His church.     

There are six important aspects of the Spiritual Formation process at Atlee Community Church:  Social Action, Authentic Community, Emotional Wellness, Biblical Training, Corporate Worship and Leadership Development.  In each of these areas, opportunities or “doors” have been created to accommodate individual spiritual growth.  The following chart shows how each is accomplished:
